Lawrence Phillips on the cover as the "Heart of the Huskers - Can Lawrence Phillips lead Nebraska to another title?"  Yep!  As it turned out he missed six games due to suspension but the team didn't miss a beat without him.  Damon Benning, Clinton Childs, James Sims, and Ahman Green did just fine in his stead. 
Tommie and Brooke weren't to shabby, either.
