"And This Man is at the Top" 

Page 53 begins a profile of Coach Bob Devaney and how he took Nebraska to the top in 1970 from 1962.  This is followed by the beginning of the Top 20 as picked by SI that season.  The top five were Notre Dame, Nebraska, Michigan, USC and LSU, hence the Tommy Casanova button (I think they just liked the name!).
