This appears to be another Ezra Brooks decanter, but can't find any information to bear this out.  The base is similar to the Brooks "GO BIG RED" design.  I have now heard of three to exist, two do not have their top or liquor tag seal, this is the first one to have its top.  Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Ken sent a few detailed photos of his decanter he just parted with. If anyone has more info, please help us solve this riddle!
