This is the set of seven coins of the University Mint Collection that were issued by Huskers Illustrated.  The set was liquidated by Huskers Illustrated in 1991 and included the following coins: (info by Jeff Shrives and Kevin Henry - thanks!).

     Additionally, according to Jyme Kuckar of Lincoln, the University never officially sanctioned the coins.  Production was initially set for a total of 20 coins, but was cut short.  A wooden display case (shown below) was also issued with the set.  It had a red velvet lining with spots for all 20 coins.    (Thanks for the info, Jyme!)

 The last coin at left is a dull metal version of coin #5 above. Not sure if is was a second version or if this happens to be representative of what is underneath the gold layering on the others.  Anyone who knows, please let us know.
